Bob Berman
President, and Chief Technology Consultant

Bob has worked in a variety of technical and management roles through his career which began with networking equipment manufacturer Chipcom in the early 1990’s. He has worked in the Customer Service division of EMC, where he administered their customer database, Fieldwatch. His management career began in the mid-1990’s when he began working as a Help Desk Manager for Bay Networks/Nortel Networks. He then went on to manage within their global enterprise messaging team.

He was hired in 2000 by Sapient Corporation as a Senior Manager of Technical Operations, and has also served as Director of IT for the digital security firm @stake.

Bob has earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Framingham State College and a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego College of Education. He is a community activist and has volunteered time and energy to many area non-profits and governmental entities.

Andrew Serody
Operations Director

Andrew Serody joined Boston Technology Advisors in the summer of 2008 as our Operations Director. Andrew is responsible for client interaction and on-the-ground technical work. Andrew's extensive and diverse background serves him well in this capacity.

He began his IT career with Unisys, consulting with multiple clients on improving the way they operate through the use of technology. He later moved to NMS Communciations, where he worked for several years as a technical specialist providing technical support. He has run small businesses, and has worked in the Food Service and Construction industries.
